Brushed surface

The machine brushing of wooden surfaces with the extraction of the growth rings showcases the wood product in a special way, whether in its natural state or with a lacquered or glazed finish. Depending on the source material or type of wood, processing time and processing depth, high-quality wood surfaces are created for indoor and outdoor use.

Rough sawn surface

Wood surfaces are particularly suitable for telling their own individual story with their surface quality and processing techniques. Rough-sawn surfaces with the look of old bandsaw results are exciting starting surfaces for natural graying through to lacquered solutions. Intermediate sanding steps can optimize the feel.

Polished surface

Surface qualities from grit 60 to grit 240 fine can be achieved seamlessly by using different sanding media.

Lacquered surface

Numerous surface finishes and qualities can be generated by painting steps with further intermediate sanding. Interesting solutions can be achieved using glazing techniques.

Technical step edge processing

Professional edging in longitudinal and/or transverse processing not only simplifies handling but also helps to protect the panel material from damage. The edges of the elements contribute to a secure connection during installation and are often the “Achilles heel” during handling. Our CNC system has 5 fully interpolating axes and therefore enables maximum variability for numerous processing options and edge results.

The following dimensions are possible for longitudinal and/or transverse machining:

from 1800 mm to 6000 mm

Cross processing:
from 1800 mm to 6000 mm

Thickness:
from 14 mm to 60 mm

Cover widths:
from 185 mm to 1250 mm

Edges broken all around:
Narrow surfaces lengthwise rough-sawn or milled, narrow surfaces crosswise only rough-sawn

Edges broken lengthwise:
Chamfer <= 1mm, one or two-sided, narrow surfaces rough-sawn or milled

Tongue and groove

Depending on the task and production dimensions of board or panel solutions, different coordinated element connections are available. We meet static requirements for large panel dimensions, for example, with double groove/double tongue constructions. Depending on the area of application, we also offer other sophisticated product solutions.

Tongue and groove with bevel lengthwise:
Broken edge <= 1mm, without chamfer Panel thicknesses 19mm, 27mm, others on request (min. 16mm, max. 32mm)

Tongue and groove lengthwise:
Panel thicknesses 19 mm, 27 mm, others on request

Double groove and tongue lengthwise:
Panel thickness 42 mm, others on request

Longitudinal groove-groove, for external tongue:
Groove height 4 mm or 5 mm, groove depth up to 20 mm

Alternate fold lengthwise:
with max. rebate height 11 mm and max. rebate width 39 mm
