Our multi-stage approach to quality assurance
From the careful selection process of our raw material suppliers to advanced testing methods in our own laboratory – we leave nothing to chance.
The first moment counts. Proven partners, proven quality.
Throughout the entire production chain and in the interests of an economical solution for the customer, the focus is on quality assurance. Starting with the selection of our raw material suppliers, which are generally sawmills and timber mills that have been tried and tested over many years, the delivered raw material is subjected to an initial visual inspection from the unloading process onwards.
Our X-ray system sees more.
In addition to experienced employees, we have invested in an additional high-performance X-ray system that can assess the so-called “inner values”, define the element areas in the event of damage and, if necessary, sort them out immediately.
Daily checks for reliable products.
Samples or test elements are taken from a batch of boards and raw panels and explicitly subjected to an initial material test. During further processing, standardized strength tests and daily gluing tests are carried out in our in-house test laboratory.
In addition to our own tests, the wood samples and test reports of which are archived for 10 years, our timber mill is also subject to external tests by external testing institutions.

Only certified products are processed and delivered.
Even before delivery, visually sensitive qualities are subjected to a visual inspection on all sides to ensure that only flawless and complaint-free wood products leave our factory.
