CNC woodworking
We can process formats up to 3,000 mm x 6,000 mm on our milling line. On 5 axes, we can realize angled bores, angled machining, roundings, chamfers, tongue and groove finishes from single to multiple grooves as well as geometrically unusual cuts according to customer requirements. We are happy to advise you on shapes and possibilities.
Particularly in timber construction and interior finishing, in exhibition stand construction, formwork construction and in the skilled trades, this opens up additional possibilities for panel processing for floor cutting, floor, wall, ceiling and roof cladding or for concrete formwork.

Planing
We can produce all conceivable profiles to order. After the planing machine, quality sorting into two qualities is possible. It
is automatically stacked and strapped.
Our planed products meet the highest quality standards in terms of surface quality and dimensional accuracy. Depending on our customers’ requirements, subsequent processing steps such as ripping, cross-cutting or profiling are possible at any time.

Varnishing
Planks, boards and panels up to a dimension of 1,250mm x 6,000mm (W x L)
and a thickness of up to 60mm can be painted in our AIRLESS automatic painting machine.
For interior areas we use Hesse Lignal® lacquers, for exterior areas Adler® lacquers are used, colors from colorless to opaque, also with UV protection pigments (yellowing delay).
Transparent lacquering is only possible with light colors, opaque lacquering is also possible with dark colors. Foam foils are inserted between the panels for delivery of the lacquered goods.
Surface finishes:
- One-coat lacquering (without primer), fine sanding grain 150 or grain 180
- Two-coat paint finish (with primer), fine sanding grain 240
Painting combined with surface treatment
When combining tongue and groove with bevel or other edge processing that also affects the wide surface, the edge processing is carried out first before lacquering.
Brushed or rough-sawn surfaces produce a significantly rougher surface after lacquering than smooth-sanded boards.
Textured boards are first brushed and then lacquered. For brushed panels with a two-coat lacquer finish, the primed panels are sanded before the second coat of lacquer is applied.
Wage drying
- Wood up to a residual moisture content of approx. 8% (+/- 2%) and thicknesses of 18 to 180 mm can be dried
- Wood from planing mill in various dimensions: 12% to approx. 18% residual moisture
- Drying chamber volume: 50 to 250m3
- Capacities in our 16 drying chambers: approx. 150,000 m³ per year
